NIVRTTI — Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At NIVRTTI, each piece is handcrafted with intention and carefully quality-checked before dispatch.
As a small-batch, design-led brand, we follow a controlled exchange policy to ensure fairness, maintain product integrity, and protect the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
1. Exchange Window
We offer a 24-hour exchange window from the time of delivery.
To initiate a request, please email us at

- Order ID
- Clear product images
- Outer packaging images
- Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags intact
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
Items failing these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Process
- Exchange requests are subject to approval after review
- Approved items must be shipped back by the customer
- Reverse shipping cost is to be borne by the customer
- Upon inspection, a store credit (coupon code) will be issued
Store Credit Terms
- Valid for 90 days from date of issue
- Issued for product value only (excluding shipping charges)
- Non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash
4. Damaged / Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify within 24 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Clear product images
- Outer packaging images
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Resolution Policy
Each case is carefully reviewed. Based on evaluation, resolution may include:

✔ Replacement
✔ Store credit
NIVRTTI does not offer monetary refunds under standard circumstances.
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where replacement is not possible.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
The following are not eligible for exchange, replacement, or credit:
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Used, worn, altered, or damaged products
- Signs of wear including scratches, bending, perfume marks, or impact
- Products showing tampering, part removal, or modification
- Damage due to mishandling post-delivery
- Minor variations inherent to handcrafted products
- Natural aging, patina, or material changes over time
- Items sent without prior approval
- Claims without sufficient visual proof
6. Product Nature Disclaimer
NIVRTTI jewellery is handcrafted and may include delicate or movable elements as part of its design.
Slight irregularities, variations, or movement in components are part of the design language and not considered defects.
Customers are advised to handle pieces with care.
7. Packaging & Dispatch Verification
All orders are:
- Quality-checked before dispatch
- Securely packed
- Documented during packing and dispatch
NIVRTTI reserves the right to validate claims against these records.
Packaging condition alone may not determine handling after delivery.
8. Refunds
We follow a strict no-refund policy.
All approved requests are resolved via:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Store credit
Refunds, if approved, are issued only after product return and inspection.
9. COD Orders
- COD orders are confirmed prior to dispatch
- Repeated refusal or non-acceptance may lead to restriction of COD services
- NIVRTTI reserves the right to cancel COD orders at its discretion
10. Policy Misuse
Repeated claims, inconsistent reports, or misuse of this policy may result in denial of future exchange or service requests.
